Rhino Elephant provides consultancy, talent development and project management services in Commercial Contract Management.

Day-to-day management of contracts and commercial aspects are important. Rhino Elephant was founded on the promise to equally focus on other important aspects of long-term commercial relationships: collaboration, partnership, trust, reciprocity, co-creation.

Some clients believe they are in the driver's seat of a commercial relationship. I pay therefore I decide. This perspective overlooks the reasonable interests of service providers. On the other hand, service providers' focus on sales, turnover and profit margin is not necessarily beneficial for relationships either. Bringing these interests together is pivotal for Rhino Elephant.

Rhino Elephant represents more than 25 years of experience in consulting and outsourcing in both the public and private sectors (ICT, Telecom, Logistics, MedTech, Financial Services, Resources). Specific expertise in commercial, contract and vendor management, including leading IT outsourcing tenders. Extensive experience in leading Business Process Outsourcing and IT Outsourcing deals ($100-500m), with teams across the globe and with 40+ countries and 20+ languages in scope.

Rhino Elephant?
​
A rhinoceros looks dangerous because of the horns and its big shape. But most rhinoceroses have a friendly character. Their top speed is 50 kilometers per hour. They are also very agile while running. You can always see where a rhino has walked. The footprints can be recognized by the three toes.

Elephants are supportive. They are strongly focused on others, social and involved. Elephants have a strong character, are physically large and strong, but also calm and gentle. In many peoples, the elephant is a symbol of strength, wisdom, kindness, happiness and longevity.
